Our weekly Shadow Work Group is now open for enrollment. This only happens a few times a year. This group is designed for anyone ready to explore the hidden layers of the self—the fears, patterns, wounds, and stories that shape our behaviors and beliefs beneath the surface.

Shadow work explores: The subconscious roots of your emotions and reactions, old patterns that no longer serve you, inner child wounds and past conditioning, personal triggers and the lessons they reveal, the parts of yourself you’ve ignored, denied, or forgotten, the  power you reclaim when you integrate your shadow instead of fighting it.

Whether you’re beginning your journey or deepening an existing practice, this group offers community, curiosity, and compassionate witnessing.
