If you missed out on the first one? NO WORRIES! Coach Red and Coral will do a brief overview on what you missed!
This class has been extremely empowering and given great insight on what to do in worst case scenarios!
In part two they will focus on the "stand up" aspect. We will briefly touch on concepts learned in class one, as well as building onto it with new techniques and concepts. The main focus will be staying on your feet, managing space, and escape.
