Sedimentary stones form slowly over time, carrying the quiet and grounding presence of Earth energy. In this workshop, we will explore meditation with stone as a way to quiet the mind, deepen awareness, and begin sensing the currents of energy that flow through our living Earth.

Through guided meditation and energy practices, participants will learn techniques for grounding, centering, and developing the ability to perceive and align to energy; a foundational skill for magical practice, spell work, and ritual.

Each participant will leave with:
