The session begins with a 7-card tarot reading to assess the current state of your chakras. Each card corresponds to one of the seven main chakras—Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown—and offers insight into where your energy may be flowing freely or feeling blocked.
We’ll explore the meaning and function of each chakra, along with what it can feel like when one is out of balance. For example:
